Raspberry Gin Gimlet

It's time for a light but great cocktail. This gin cocktail uses muddled raspberry and some lime juice to make a tangy combination

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Lime Juice

Six Raspberries

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Raspberries

Recipe: Muddle raspberries, add ice then the rest of the ingredients. Shake until cold and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries.
