Pretty Girl Mocktail: Grapefruit Soda with a Twist

A mocktail is always a fun drink! This mocktail had a play with grapefruit soda, mint, and lemon juice.

Ingredients

3 oz Grapefruit Soda

1 oz Lemon Juice

6 Mint Leaves

Top with Sparkling Water

Garnish: Lemon Wedge and Mint Leaves

This is a refreshing Summer treat. Easy to make and it uses what you (me) have in the kitchen. I always love mint and especially in the summer. A little highball fun that works for all!

Recipe

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and pour lemon juice. Add ice. Close and shake until cold. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Pour grapefruit soda. Then top with Sparkling Water. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint leaves.
