Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Vodka

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Six Mint Leaves

Garnish: Lime Wedge and Mint Leaves

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add ice. Then pour vodka and grapefruit juice. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about fifteen seconds). Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
