I'm a Professional Troublemaker Cocktail Blogger Style

This week, I'm doing another book and cocktail moment. This one goes out to all the Troublemakers out there! I have been meaning to read this book for a while and I'm finally now catching time to do it. It's the perfect dose of inspiration for me. This cocktail is a perfect pair in color and bite. If anything a little whiskey will get you into trouble, it doesn't start fights but it definitely finishes them.

A bit of a Troublemaker

Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Shake until cold and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge. This twist on a bourbon sour adds the extra flavor of Aperol. This Orange Liqueur helps balance the cocktail and make it not overwhelmingly strong. It's a cocktail that you can sip on while reading or sip on when discussing your future plans. Nothing like a little cocktail to get you inspired!
