Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

Four Strawberries Thinly Sliced

1 oz Lime Juice

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Top with Champagne

Garnish: Strawberry

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries and simple syrup. Add ice then lime juice and gin. Close and Shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a champagne flute glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.
