A Little Tequila, a Purple Girl Always

This Sunday, I'm creating a nice little tequila cocktail. A pretty light purple tequila soda is always a solid cocktail. It's pretty and light: perfect like a little spritz.

Purple Girls need something fresh

Tequila cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Tequila infused with butterfly pea flower

1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Top with Soda or Sparkling Water

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Recipe: In a cocktial shaker with ice, pour tequila, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Close and Shake until cold. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
