My Milkshakes bring all the Goths to the Yard

Writer: The GothThe Goth

If you have never had an alcoholic milkshake, you need to change that. They are perfect on hot days, on days when you feel like a kid but need a drink, and basically everyday. I have included my two favorite recipes. Give them a try!

My family milkshake

Irish coffee milkshake

Ingredients

2 oz irish coffee

1 oz kahlua

1 oz bailey’s irish coffee

2 scoops Vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup of skim milk

Recipe: in a blender, pour all ingredients and mix. Serve in a Tom Collins glass with a straw and enjoy.

Milkshakes are great as a treat because they combine sweet childhood memories with alcohol. I love them on movie nights or long binges on Netflix. You can up these recipes and make a big batch and leave some in the fridge to cool so you can drink all night. I like that you can set it up so when you are feeling the alcohol you don't end up over pouring your alcohol.

Cinnabon Milkshake

Ingredients

1 ounce Jack Fire

1 ounce Frangelico

1 ounce Rumchata

3 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream

1/2 cup skim milk.

Recipe: In a blender, pour Jack Fire, Frangelico, Rumchata over 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Pour skim milk and blend until completely combined. Enjoy chilled with optional whipped cream.
