Let's Have some Gin, A simple Gin Gimlet for the Win

When the weather gets a bit warmer and the sun comes out, there's nothing like a good cocktail and a seat outside. This classic gin gimlet gets a bit of a twist with this French Gin. Sometimes I like to change things up, usually I go with the British for their Gin but this time I'm going French.

Gin Gimlet

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour all ingredients. Close and shake until cold to the touch (about ten to fifteen seconds). Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
