Mocktail Monday: Zero Rose Spritz

For this series, I'm sharing mocktail recipes to not only try something new but also accommodate guests who don't drink but still want to feel fancy! I decided to try out one of those no alcohol wines since I've been curious.

Zero Rose taste test

 First taste: I would say very fruity. You don't really miss the alcohol but you do feel like it's more sweet than traditional rosé. Something I would drink but wouldn't drink too much. Which I mean is good for the long run.

Rose spritz

Ingredients

2 oz Rose

1/2 oz Lemon juice

One sprig of Rosemary

Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon Slice

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour rose, lemon juice, and the rosemary. Give it a nice shake. pour into a wine glass (I went sparkling because I'm adding sparkling water and wanted to feel like I was drinking champagne). Then top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge. This is a delightful cocktail that makes you feel fancy but also not something that is a direct copy of a cocktail. It's perfect for when you want to have a sober day but still want to feel about the party life.
